Shipping, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Here at weallshine.ie, your happiness and satisfaction are our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we will take it back, no questions asked.
(For hygiene reasons though, we regret that we cannot accept the exchange of earrings and earcuffs. This does not affect your statutory rights.)
DISCLAIMER: Costumer jewellery is not water resistant. These pieces are delicate and not made to be worn during sports or activities such as gardening or cleaning! Please don't wear your jewellery in water and remove pieces before sleeping and when applying cosmetics, perfumes, sprays, creams and oils to avoid oxidisation and tarnishing.
You may return new, unworn items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund less postage fees. We do not provide paid shipping on returns.
Our policy lasts for 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start the return of any items from an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, you can return your item(s) to Gortacloona, Bantry, P75 WV71, Co. Cork
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE - THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS - SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL
Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow 5-7 days for amount to show on your bank statement.

We are not responsible for lost returned packages, and recommend you insure and track your package by registered post.
Shipping of Orders
At We All Shine we are prepping orders every day.
We offer two types of shipping: Standard & Tracked
Standard Shipping: Standard Postage via An Post : 1 - 4 Business Days (once dispatched). *Please note that if you select this option, we are not responsible for any items that are lost* Free Standard Shipping on orders of € 50 or over.
Tracked Shipping: Registered Postage via An Post : 1 - 3 Business Days (once dispatched).
We are not responsible for parcels that go missing if Standard Postage is selected but we advise, that if your order has not arrived to check your local postal depot as it may be waiting for you there.
Most orders will be sent out the next working day after the order was made.
